If your Iori product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Imabari towels are renowned for their unique texture and high standards. Each towel undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets Imabari’s quality benchmarks, including superior absorbency, gentle softness, and quick-drying performance—a true luxury for everyday use.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase:

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
• Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can reduce absorbency.
• Hang-dry in a place with proper airflow or tumble dry on low.
• If threads loosen, cut them at the base with scissors, rather than tugging on them.
