International Shipping Guide

1. Where We Ship

We offer international shipping via JapanPost EMS (Express Mail Service) and Yamato International Shipping. Shipping availability is shown at checkout. Please contact us if your country is not listed.

*Shipping is currently unavailable to Hong Kong and Taiwan, due to partnership agreements.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from Ehime, Japan, where our towels are produced. Each order is prepared with care for international shipment.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination country and order weight. You can confirm the total before completing payment by visiting the shopping cart.

4. Delivery Times

Orders dispatch in 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Express delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country. Delays may occur during customs and local delivery process, which we cannot be held responsible for.

You will receive automatic email updates regarding the status of your package after your package has been dispatched.

5. Customs and Import Duties

Import taxes, VAT, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s policies. These charges are not included in our prices and, if required, will be collected upon delivery. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for issues and fees related to unpaid duties.
