Welcome to IORI’s Global Online Shop. This website is operated by Iori Co., Ltd. (“IORI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Use and Site Access

The content of this website—including images, text, designs, and product descriptions—is owned by or licensed to Iori Co., Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any part of this website without our prior written permission.

Misuse of the website, including fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation, is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

2. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

  • Orders delivered within Japan: Japanese consumption tax applies as shown at checkout.

  • Orders delivered to the United States: Applicable import duties and related charges are calculated and collected at checkout. These orders are shipped using a duty-prepaid service. Customs authorities retain final authority over import assessments and may request additional information or make adjustments.

  • Other international orders: Unless checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are included, prices exclude local import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance charges, and similar fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Transactions are processed in the currency selected at checkout. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange-rate differences and fees charged by banks, card issuers, or payment providers cannot be refunded by IORI.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.

Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. If we confirm the cancellation before the order is dispatched, a full refund will be issued. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch and will instead be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, order contents, and service availability.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, local delivery conditions, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for completing any required delivery or customs procedures.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to accept or claim the shipment, or failure to pay charges not collected at checkout, any refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Actual outbound and return shipping charges and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by law.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and refused or unclaimed international shipments are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will always be error-free, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IORI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where IORI is found liable in connection with an order, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute related to these Terms or your use of this website will be submitted to the competent courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect when posted on this website. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.
