Welcome to IORI’s Global Online Shop. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us.

1. General Use and Site Access

This website and all its content—including images, text, and product descriptions—are the intellectual property of Iori Co., Ltd.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • International Customers: Prices displayed are exclusive of any local import duties, VAT, or customs fees. International packages may be subject to these charges as determined by your local government. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Domestic Customers (Japan): A 10% consumption tax will be applied at checkout for orders shipping within Japan.

  • Currency: Transactions are processed in the currency selected at checkout. Please note that original transaction and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

IORI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Cancellation Policy: We are unable to cancel any orders at the customer's request once the package has been dispatched from our shop. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping via Japan Post EMS and Yamato International.

  • Customs & Fees: International shipments may be subject to customs delays, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Failed Delivery: If a shipment is returned to Japan due to the recipient being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to pay import fees, a Net Refund will be issued (Product Price minus all outbound/return shipping and transaction costs).

5. Return and Refund Policy

By purchasing from IORI, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Return and Refund Policy, including the specific deductions for refused or unclaimed international shipments.

6. Limitation of Liability

IORI makes every effort to provide accurate and current information on this website. However, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or current.

  • Liability Cap: IORI is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, including delays in delivery, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of this website are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this website shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Japan.
