Special Care Instructions:

Initial Use: Shedding may occur during the first few washes. Wash with plenty of water to allow the towel to flow freely.

Maintenance: Use softener sparingly to reduce pile shedding and only if the towel feels stiff.

Washing Tips: When washing with other clothes, place garments in fine-mesh laundry bags to prevent lint transfer. Avoid placing the towel in a net, as loosened lint may reattach.

Shipping & Delivery

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

International delivery generally takes 4–6 business days after dispatch, although customs or carrier delays may occur.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the estimated packed weight of your order.

For US orders, applicable import duties are collected at checkout, and orders are shipped by Japan Post EMS using a duty-prepaid service.

For other destinations, VAT, import duties, or customs charges may be collected upon delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Hang-dry in a well-ventilated area or tumble dry on low.
  • If a thread loosens, cut it at the base with scissors rather than pulling.
